JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Experiential Producer to join our team and lead the conceptualization, planning, execution, and management of innovative and captivating experiential marketing campaigns and events. The ideal candidate should possess a keen understanding of brand identity, consumer behavior, and the latest trends in experiential marketing. They will play a pivotal role in crafting memorable, immersive experiences that resonate with target audiences and drive brand engagement.
JOB Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand brand objectives, target audience, and campaign goals. Develop strategic concepts for experiential marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s identity and messaging.
- Conceptualization: Generate imaginative ideas for immersive brand experiences, considering the integration of technology, storytelling, interactive elements, and sensory engagement to create unforgettable moments.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for each experiential campaign. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution, taking into account logistical requirements, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Creative Direction: Provide creative direction to designers, content creators, and production teams to bring experiential concepts to life. Ensure that the brand’s essence is effectively communicated through visuals, narratives, and interactive components.
- Production Oversight: Manage all aspects of experiential event production, including site selection, set design, AV production, talent coordination, and vendor management. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and branding guidelines. Responsible for ensuring teams create and maintain key event documents including working budget, activation deck, recap deck, run of show, operations manual, check-in/checkout sheets, incident reports, work back schedule, and production doc.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client’s marketing, PR, and communication teams to align experiential campaigns with larger marketing strategies. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to amplify the reach and impact of campaigns.
- Technology Integration and Trends: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and identify opportunities to integrate them into experiential campaigns to enhance engagement and interactivity.
- Measurement and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of experiential campaigns. Analyze post-campaign data and feedback to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets throughout the production process, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate financial reporting.
- On-Site Management: Oversee on-site execution of experiential events, managing logistics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for attendees.
REQUIREMENTS/ qualifications
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in producing experiential marketing campaigns, events, or related projects.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, branding, and marketing trends.
- Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box to create unique and engaging experiences.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and timeline management.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to meet tight time constraints and deadlines
- Ability to think creatively about a variety of challenges and apply organizational and managerial skills accordingly.
- Familiarity with event technology and production processes.
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (such as Microsoft Office Programs, Google Suite, Outlook, Marketing Tools, Canva, DocSend, Monday, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues, as well as present campaigns and pitch decks to client teams.
- Flexibility to travel and work non-traditional hours when required. (Travel 30 – 40%)
- Portfolio showcasing successful experiential campaigns is a plus.
