JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our internal team, focusing on the operational aspects of our experiential marketing campaigns and events. As an Account Manager at NGK Agency, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of experiential marketing campaigns and events while working closely with our production team/leads. Your responsibilities will include coordinating resources, managing timelines, overseeing invoicing, collecting COIs, and providing operational support to internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

JOB Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Take charge of operational aspects for experiential marketing campaigns and events. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, manage project timelines, and ensure efficient execution.
  • Resource Management: Collaborate closely with internal departments to assign tasks, allocate resources, and ensure teams are aligned with project objectives.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Work closely with the production team to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Timeline Management: Maintain a comprehensive view of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Proactively identify potential delays and work with teams to mitigate risks.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Streamline workflows and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold quality standards by conducting thorough reviews of project deliverables. Ensure all work meets the agency’s quality benchmarks and clients’ expectations.
  • Collaborative Support: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, fostering an environment of seamless teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain project performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
  • Client Interaction: Occasionally engage with clients to provide updates on project progress, operational aspects, and timelines. Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure client expectations are met.
REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in operational roles within a creative agency, particularly in experiential marketing or events.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, financial tracking, and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to navigate evolving project requirements.
  • Ability to manage tight time constraints and deadlines concurrently on multiple projects
  • Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for operational excellence.
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel for internal meetings and events.
