Job OVERVIEW 

NGK is seeking a resourceful and enthusiastic Account Coordinator to manage a variety of client accounts and deliver exceptional client services for our office in Atlanta, GA. This is a strategic and qualitative role that assists in developing and producing client campaigns/activations and will report to an NGK Producer on the business. The Account Coordinator will support the team to produce activations of small and medium-size and will play a key administrative role within the team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to roll up their sleeves, learn in a fast paced environment, with the ability to problem-solve through ambiguity and also have a natural attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and interpret client needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support team in planning and executing all client campaigns/activations, both virtual and physical
  • Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes, create and maintain event program status reports/documents, production schedules, and task lists for all active projects.
  • Provide administrative support including organizing and maintaining internal and external resources
  • Prepare meeting materials and author and circulate thorough notes for all status meetings and project-related meetings
  • Manage internal NGK travel calendar and corresponding travel budget 
  • Actively contribute to creative ideation for brand activations and initiatives
  • Shadow NGK team on the business to learn the ins and outs of NGK Agency campaigns
  • Support coordinating all 3rd party vendors, generally to include virtual platforms, venue, catering, décor and furnishings, graphics, fabrication, installation and dismantle, labor, audio visual, content capture, etc.
  • Provide assistance in event measurement, surveying and reporting
  • Track key feedback in the master database
  • Manage calendars for internal and external meeting bookings
  • Serve as internal brand custodian, organizing and maintaining internal resources, effectively communicating brand guidelines, goals and expectations to resources within and outside the agency
  • Provide NGK team with weekly updates on project timeline and management
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of all project deliverables
  • Proactively host and schedule regular internal and external meetings as necessary
  • Work with Production to develop post-event recaps for clients
  • Assist Producers in creating and building decks and presentations for client meetings. Ranges from designing the template, inserting copy (and creating copy), developing visuals and laying out final presentation – copy, imagery.

Work Experience:

Qualifications & Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; Marketing, PR, Business or another related field a plus
  • 2+ years of work experience involving project management, event production, and client management
  • Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience working directly with clients and internal teams to deliver on projects from client brief through to execution.
  • Proven track record of client leadership and account growth
  • Experience in an agency environment preferred; must be process-oriented and highly organized
  • Stellar project management skills and a track record of planning, executing, and delivering results for complex and cross-functional technical projects.
  • Ability to write effectively, persuasively and professionally
  • Interpersonal and inter-team skills, including partnership building, mentorship, and conflict resolution within a diverse, cross-functional team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite and Canva
  • Travel 10-20%
  • Based in ATL (hybrid)

Pay Range: Hourly
